So, here in these images, I try and combine the idea of our children reaching their adulthood only to become ensnared by the self-destruction of hard drug abuse. I have substituted cocaine and heroin with milk, needles with scissors and baby bottle. I have brought sexuality into play, and exploited the child-like nightdress and socks to make us think of the innocence of children, corrupted by bad adult %u2019toys%u2019. I wish to convey the tragedy of our young children, and our parental investment in them being thrown away. 25
