The ALIVE folder contains a set of animated poses designed to introduce tiny movements to the V4 figure. Perhaps the most important one is 'breathing'.
I have released a previous product with 'Come-Alive' body movements but the "Come-Alive" movements here are different and slightly more refined!
Any movement of V4, no matter how small, will have a consequence on your animated pose and also the poses you may have applied from my kit or from another Poser Content Vendor.
It is important you are aware of this!

BREATHE

Breathing is effected by using a deforming Magnet which expands and contracts V4 chest. You must load the Breath Prop {B} from my props folder before applying the Pose. The poses for breathing swing the magnet {A}backwards and forwards in a cycle.

You can see the magnet by selecting V4's chest and switching on the Display/Deformers/Show Current Selection Only item {C}

If you use the Breathe Prop on a clothed V4 figure, select the clothing, body, as the figure, and NOT V4, and apply the prop and pose to the clothes figure (conforming clothes) only.

If you wish to be thorough, you could select V4 after and apply the prop and the pose to her too - but it is not necessary!

Breathe Animated Poses are arranged as 4 sets of 150 frames: 1-150, 151-300, 301-450, and 451 -600.

This allows the breathing cycle to be applied without breaking the rhythm throughout your final animation.

TIP: Remember to move to the correct frame before applying the Breathe pose.
If your animation goes over 600 frames, simply move to frame 601 and apply BREATHE 1-150 Again etc.

In the screen shot below, I have applied the first Breathe Pose {A} then moved to the last frame 150, added a frame, then applied the second breathe Pose {B}. That makes 300 frames in all the first frame being zero really and the last being 299. You can see the way the X ROTATE value for the Breath Prop Magnet in the Graph Window undulates evenly along the sequence. You can change the way V4 breathes by simple adjusting the key frames directly in the graph window or by selecting frames and making them keyframes, then moving the X ROTATE dial. {C}. You can adjust the depth of breathing and the timing by making changes to this wave and then saving the new Pose to your retiming folder or as a new named pose in my pose folder.

As she is clothed, I have applied the prop and the pose to the dress and not to V4 herself.

Note: you could also make V4 Breathe by simple applying changes to the Inhale Morph (if indeed you purchased Daz's V4 Morph packs). The trouble then though is when V4 breathes, her breasts will invariably break through any conforming clothes. Therefore using my Breathe Tool/Prop and Breathe Poses allows you to apply the breathing to the clothes OR V4 - thus overcoming this problem.

Head Alive
The Head-n-Face-Alive Animated Pose applied tiny movements to several of the head expression morphs and to the head movement.
A small help thumbnail in the Poses Library Folder 'Alive' displays which expressions and Translate or Rotate values are changed.
The idea behind the Alive Pose for the head is that you apply it before you do any other poses for V4. This way, whenever your figure is NOT expressing anything
you added, she will not look dead and lifeless. An example of V4 with Head-Alive applied compared to V4 without the pose is in a small video here!

Fingers Alive
Much like the Head-Alive Pose, Fingers-Alive introduces a number of small movements to the fingers of the hand. If you are animating V4 in such a way she is likely to be touching things with her hands, you might be best to not apply this pose. Alternatively, you can apply the fingers alive and then animate your figure afterwards to ensure the fingers do not start pushing through objects or parts of herself. Use this one with care.

Body Alive
This pose introduces small changes to 1 of the rotation axis' of each collar of V4, and changes to the abdomen bend value. They are very small. Like the hands-alive, if you are animating V4 where she is placing her hands in fine contact with other objects or parts of herself, it may be best not to apply this pose. If you decide to apply it, ensure you do so before you build the rest of your animation so as to control the fine interaction between hand contact and other elements.
